Poetry Is Fun

Last year I started writing poetry (publicly on Instagram—check it out here—and privately in my own personal notebooks. The stuff I write doesn’t follow any particular style or format (I mean, it might not even technically be poetry—who knows) but I’ve had a lot of fun writing it.

I’ve really enjoyed trying out a new style of writing, and I knew that when I started Burning Rock Radio, I wanted to incorporate some of that into the show.

That’s a really long-winded way to let you know that Ivy writes poetry sometimes.
